Cake Industries worked closely with the architect to develop this set of stair flights for the renovation of a terraced house near to the Kings Road in Chelsea. Creating a dramatic intervention within the property, this stair uses the steel plate balustrade as a structural element to support the wedge shaped oak treads.
All of the steel is left with a characterful mill finish before being blackened and waxed.
